Our new website was launched on Friday, 25th February. The Website was designed using the Google Sites technology as part of the overall GAA strategy which has seen the GAA and Google form a strategic partnership. We would encourage all schools to access the website on a regular basis and to also contribute to it, when possible. We are always interested in the latest GAA Developments in schools. We would also love to hear from any budding journalists who may wish to contribute match reports to our Latest News Section. Any schools wishing to nominate a player for “Player of the Week” should email the player’s details to Tipperary Cumann na mBunscol PRO John Manley of Dualla NS at Our new website address is

Equipment subsidy scheme has been extended.  However, it is in schools' interests that there is no further delay in submitting orders.  Finance is becoming increasingly tighter and grants that we received in previous years might no longer be assured. Equipment Orders should be submitted as soon as possible to: Jerry McDonnell, 25 Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

All schools wishing to compete in Cumann na mBunscol activities for 2011 are encouraged to send the €30 Registration Fee to Mr. Jerry McDonnell, Treasurer Tipperary Cumann na mBunscol, 25 Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary as soon as possible. This very reasonable fee allows schools to participate in all Cumann na mBunscol activities for 2011. This is an annual payment and should be paid annually. It is NOT a one off payment. If schools could see to it that this fee is paid, it would be much appreciated. According to motion passed schools must pay this annual registration fee before participating in our activities.

Thanks to Munster Council treasurer Michael Power and Tipp delegate to Munster Council P.J. Maher for their help in resolving difficulties arising over payment of expenses for certain Primary Game expenses.

For match reports, fixtures and school GAA news and events, please email Tipperary Cumann na mBunscol PRO John Manley of Dualla NS at Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí.
